Hey guys. Uh, you might've noticed that my boss is missing. I've been managing while he's away. It's not as easy as it looks, trust me. I'm doing my best, okay? I don't really know how to use Google Forms. I'm more of a Pastebin kind of guy. Anyway, the reason The Emperor is away apparently has something to do with his research on "Figments." Apparently, they've been working all this time to make a breakthrough into "The Jetblack," which is some kind of alternate dimension. And this guy managed to slip through the portal. I guess he's still "forming," he just keeps ranting about hedgehogs, Obama, taking over the world, stuff like that. I've made an executive decision to start a pseudo-round to get some characters to deal with it. Once we meet face to...lack of face, you can submit them. Stay tuned.

The bridge at the very edge of Resolution Road has found itself shut down. Ceroba stares across the road at the NULL, who seems to almost be itching to unsheathe his blade. She doesn't have many other places to hide, having just ran Zero through the city all night after initially being placed in the city's center. Any attempt she's made of tiring him out seems to only make him more tenacious. Zero takes a few deep breaths, finally drawing his katana as Ceroba seems to now stand her ground. There's a hidden frustration in Zero's face, his breathing becoming fast and aggressive.

No more time wasted, Ceroba's done running. Time to start planning... READY? GO!

Tournament Outline:
- There will be 16 characters in total.

- This tournament is Double Elimination.
