This week, I worked with the Drum Rack and Drum Buss of Ableton Live 12. I didn‘t create any new instruments, but I did load sixteen samples into an empty Drum Rack. These samples are of historical significance and were created by Tom Dissevelt and Dick Raaijmakers in the 1960s at the Philips NatLab. Philips wanted to explore whether there was a market for electronic music at the time and invited Dissevelt and Raaijmakers for this purpose. This eventually led to the creation of the first LP in the Netherlands made entirely with electronic instruments. This week‘s scale is C Lydian Augmented.

Welcome to Another Unnecessary Tournament (or AU Tourney); a bracket packed with a multitude of characters inspired by SiivaGunner's King For a Day Tournament, where they will each compete for a surplus of AU tracks based on their sources.

Tournament Outline:
- There will be 16 characters in total.
- Matchups will have Vs. Tracks uploaded alongside the poll for the vote.
- This tournament is Double Elimination.

- Contestants will get tracks before the end of the tournament too, alongside victory themes (ala the King for a Day Tournament)
- The prize is a bunch of AU tracks themed around that character and its sources. This is not limited to the common tracks like Megalos and Bonetrousles, and not all of the victory tracks have to be Undertale stuff; it just kinda makes sense to theme it around such.
- The one thing every contestant will have, however is a lead to accompany them, as to give a taste of what to expect from the character.
- Every contestant will also have unique artwork and a stock icon to accompany them in bracket.

It seems that, once again, the Master Emerald has gone missing from right under Knuckle's nose! Thanks to a tip from the out of commission Chaotix, he was pointed towards the Freelance Police known as Sam & Max to help him with this crystal caper. They may have hit the road as soon as they could, but ended up getting sidetracked and lost in the Great Lilac. The three have to get along now - with Sam's straightforwardness, Max's penchant for comic mischief, and Knuckles no-nonsense attitude, it's sure to make for a fun time!

FAUX initially took pity on Sam & Max due to their lack of relevancy...that is, until they got a truckload of games out of nowhere. In addition, Knuckles was never invited and accidentally got tagged along for the ride, being forced into the Great Lilac by pure...CHANCE. Can these three follow the telltale signs to victory and find the enigmatic emerald before they bite the dust?
