I am Lowci aka André the founder of the progressivewelt.de network. I am startet in the beginning of 1992 with electronic music, between 1994 and 2002  we created a partyseries they called "CENTER PARTYs". Our homebase was near Schwerin in northern germany. My friends and I were looking for a new way to make music not only audible but also visible. Thanks for the unbelievable moments.

[We are looking for]  For the current programming we are looking for tracks from the various techno genre.
