Some people say it was supposed to be on Avicii's debut album "True". It features vocals by Audra Mae and a really strange drop, "Martin Garrix style". 
Since Avicii stopped playing it live, and he used the same drop for another song (Bright Lights remix), he probably won't release Mean World.
