Goa Madness Records is a Belgian Goatrance label created during the summer 2013 by Ephedra & Kuririn, releasing fresh Goa trance coming from all horizons.
Goa Madness aims to provide various styles ranging from acidic & highly psychedelic Goa trance that will perfectly fit on every dance floor during the night, to more melodic, spiritual or euphoric Goatrance that will raises the smiles in parties during the shiny mornings.

KURIRIN [Goa Madness Recs] BE
Kuririn is Julien Daine, a Belgian DJ who started to get involved into music in his early teens.
His first contact with electronic music was @ the age of 14 when he got interested in progressive & uplifting trance. He discovered Goatrance a bit later while he went to his first party in 2003. He was immediately hooked by this style and became more & more interested by those psychedelic sounds.

After 1 year, he decided to buy some DJ equipment and started to collect some music. Since then he played at numerous parties in Belgium and abroad. His DJ sets can be filled with modern Goatrance or even old school stuff ranging from melodic to darker styles depending on the momentum.
Since 2013 he is also co-manager of Goa Madness Records with “Ephedra” and since 2017 he is also DJ'ing for Zion 604....

EPHEDRA [Goa Madness Recs] BE
Ephedra is Alexandre Cohen, a Belgian producer/ DJ born in Brussels. Alex musical trip started around 1998 when he discovered electronic music.
He began slowly to buy DJ equipment and started to play progressive trance for his own pleasure.

After some years training with the decks he got interested in many others electronic styles like techno, house, electro and began to play in small student parties.
After some time, he discovered Goa trance / psytrance while he was at a festival in Belgium. He was so impressed and directly felt in love...

His style can best be described as melodic, euphoric and sometimes acidic Goatrance with a lot of different influences. Alex is also one of the label mangers of « Goa Madness records »

MOON BEASTS [Goa Madness Recs] BE
So, what's "Moon Beasts" you ask?
Well, besides being nightmarish monstrosities living on the dark side of the Dreamlands' moon, it's also the name of a collaboration project between Alexandre Cohen (that's Ephedra), and Jerome Lesterps (a.k.a Proxeeus), respectively from Belgium & France.

They decided to join forces a couple of years ago, first by making a collaboration track (which ended up being featured on Ephedra's 3rd album), and when they were asked to perform a complete collaborative set in Portugal earlier in 2019, they decided to take things up a notch and transformed this into a full-blown music project.....

Afgin, music producer and dj, his music focused on Goa trance, Trance, goes from Old School through new school. He works and signed under the label Suntrip Records, Belgium. Afgin Started to make music around 1998, under the name Protexologia, and a few years later he started producing music under the name Afgin, his first official album was called Afgin - Old Is Gold, released in 2006. The album brought back in 2006 the Old goa trance sounds to the front stages, after many years that goa style forgot, that album was a symbol to the first wave of the beginning of the retro goa trance genre into the psytrance scene In 2009, Afgin released his second album on Suntrip Records, Called Afgin - Astral Experience, which now days consider as a classic Epic Goa Trance album, with All the musical elements that make his Unique Euphoric Goa Trance style. in 2021, Afgin strikes again, with his third Album Called Afgin - Eternal Freedom, The album Released on Suntrip Records, in this album Afgin takes Goa Trance to a higher state of euphoria, multilayer sounds, emotional Sunrise Climaxes, mixed with a warm and positive atmosphere all around in this mix, Afgin puts his classic epic Goa Trance tracks, from his first album, till his latest album Eternal Freedom, this mix is full with euphoria, atmospheric sound walls, with his unique known emotional goa trance climaxes, mixed with classic acid riffs, Enjoy the trip!

ZNA 2019... the uttermost festival for pure goa-trance this summer! And they challenged me big time! :) To end the festival, they asked me to play a 4 hour set with futuristic goa-trance! The proof goa-trance is not only repitition of the "old", but leads a wonderful second life! Some more "rules". No music by artists that played on the festival, and because I would play during twilight time and darkness, I chose not to play too melodic/euphoric. Unfortunately, because of the virus that caught so many people, my set was shortened to 2.5 hours only during the event itself, but here you have the full set nevertheless! I was happy a lot of old school lovers came to me to say they were surprised to hear this type of modern goa-trance, and they didn't know it existed. :) Thanks again to Federico & Pedro for this chance and more important, thanks to all the artists and labels that kept goa-trance alive last decade! So, fasten your seatbelts and go on a serious 4 hours trip! :)

So it all began for me by taking the offer to play a one-and-a-half hour set for the first time
in my life outside of Israel at Connection Festival in Spain.
I arrived in Madrid and began to drive to one of the most beautiful locations I ever had. 
I got to sleep under 5 million stars. My eyes have been conquered by these crazy skies every night at the festival 
and all this time the excitement before the set is rising and rising. 
And here came the moment and I got to stand on the European stage in front of this amazing crowd. 
There's no doubt that I have experienced a divine experience. After I dug very deep in my collection 
from the acid of the 90's to the new sound bombs of this days, 
I pressed the "play" button and from then my musical story simply flowed. 
To see you the crowed on the dancefloor at the end of the set 
just screaming from happinness, clapping, and even some of you got tears in the eyes, 
could not be more filled my heart. 
After that, I was asked to play another 2 more sets to fill some empty places and bump the dancefloor twice more (sorry but didnt recoreded it). 
It was true that it was very disappointing and sad to see day after day how the big artists and Dj's canceling their gigs
one after the other, and how no one get paid whoever arrived (Me to btw) . 
But I want to say thank you. Thanks to Fran & Malory who have done everything they can 
to create that magical place that we are all got chance to dance in, 
rejoice and to meet & see all. 
Thank you, the crowed that made me experience one of the most enormous experiences I've experienced 
while playing you my musical story. 
And a special thanks to Mother Nature who gave me the chance to sleep under 5 million stars 
like I didn't see in my life before . 
from this comes the name of my set this time ;)

So enough to write,
