Maelita n’en est pas à son premier essai musical puisque c’est à 7 ans qu’elle commence la musique en tant que pianiste. Une dizaine d’années après, c’est derrière les platines qu’on la retrouve avec sa volonté de casser les genres en proposant des sets toujours variés et éclectiques.
Un seul but, déconstruire les idéaux afin de partager son amour de la musique. Si elle a fait ses armes à Grenoble, dans des endroits comme L'Ampérage et La Belle Electrique, aux côtés d’artistes comme Lena Willikens ou Optimo, c’est désormais à Lyon qu’elle réside.
Cette ville qui l’inspire par ses multiples influences, lui offre un terrain de jeu où elle continue d'exprimer toute sa créativité.

Sometimes, we have the tendency to run away from distress because we do not want to deal with the feeling of pain, but the first step in spiritual healing is overcoming the fears and recognizing the pain. The sooner you address the cause of your difficulty, the sooner you’ll get freedom from the pain. Be aware of your situation.
Once you have faced the source of anxiety, you need to acknowledge the pain. Feel your emotions and question what their sources are. Be honest about your feelings. In this stage, it is normal to feel like situations are beyond your control, which can transfer the feeling of hopelessness. However, by allowing yourself to feel rage, it becomes easier for your wounds to heal. Honor your feelings.
Honoring your pain will teach you self-forgiveness. You should be able to feel the kindness within you and experience all the love you have for yourself. You will feel a conflict between the instinct to heal on your own, and the desire to accept the situation and seek support to get healed. You prove that you have an unwavering determination to get healed by choosing the latter. When you want spiritual healing, you have to place your faith in the universe, too. 
Surrendering the pain means releasing the pain and seeking support from the universe. It will help you ease your sufferings.
The negative ego vanishes from within you and makes your heart feel lighter once you release your pain. This is a sign of spiritual wellness. You will start to feel a deep openness towards things and think with a peaceful mind. You will become whole again and you will develop the ability to deal with the disruptions of your life with tolerance. The inner peace will be restored. Feal.

Sometimes you do things that you don't really understand until much later. You play drums in a band at school, you get immersed in the electronic layers behind video games, and then you fall in love with analogue machines. Veil has carefully woven all these stages into his project, which is as musical as it is visual.

His new opus, ‘Borrow My Eyes’, reflects his universe tinged with science fiction, UK influences, ambient and textural interplay. Variations in broken rhythms collide with flashes of electro and murky synthetic veils, creating a cinematography that is both raw and enveloping.

The four tracks provoke an experience that is both sonic on the outside and visual on the inside. Your eyes close and your mind opens up to Veil's mental screen, offering a slice of your memories that you can interpret with the nostalgia of your choice. The Dutchman job sifre offers a tangy, deconstructed version of this with his remix of the track ‘Pretty Light’.

As most of us now live in a world saturated with information, this album feels like a reflection of how the modern world might sound if it were to process its own chaos through a unified scream. Hailing from the highlands of Bandung, West Java, a city where tradition and modernization intertwine in the rhythm of daily life, Xin Lie unpretentiously translates this cultural fusion into a sonically rich and rhythmically bold debut LP.

The artist’s roots in the hardcore and punk scenes reverberate throughout the album, though they’ve been reshaped and refined for the club. There’s an undeniable pleasure in experiencing the chaos Xin Lie channels—irregular beats, dynamic frequencies, and disjointed grooves collide and expand, each track laced with a sense of unpredictable energy. Yet even in its most chaotic moments, the music feels deliberate, its edges softened by a sense of compositional care.

The album reveals a strange duality: tracks that seem to beckon you to the dance floor but never quite let you settle there. Frequencies flicker and fluctuate in patterns that feel just slightly off-grid, as though resisting traditional structures. Yet, amidst the digital textures, Xin Lie weaves in organic sounds—snippets of native conversations or environmental noise—creating layers that feel both intimate and expansive.It’s fair to say this album extends far beyond the boundaries of today’s club music.

Picture this: you’re moving through your daily routines—mundane, repetitive—and suddenly, the music shifts your perspective. It reframes the ordinary as something surreal, as though it’s deconstructing itself in real-time, breaking into fragments or conjuring entirely new forms. Perhaps it’s best imagined as the soundtrack to a multi-sensory art installation or a performance staged not in a gallery but in an unassuming house down your street.
