This song was written by Chuck Berry while in prison and was recorded
in 1964.  This " poor boy" traveled across dozen states by bus, train and
plane to get to his promise land (California).  It was also recorded by
Elvis Presley .  Remember, Paul Revere and the Raiders, Freddy Weller,
had a hit with it also.  Louisiana's own Johnny Allen also had a hit with
it here in cajun land.  Having a little fun with this one.

My old mac  dieth a death so here's a bit of a kitchen table bash around .   My fingers are not what they were so i play what i can find.  someday I'll probably wind up bashing out a beat with my head on the refrigerator and singing along. I hope you are all well. I was going through the Tony Harris collection and came across this little gem he'd written years ago , so I asked him if I could have a go at a complete revamp , he said yes and this is the result , I hope you like it as much as I do ! On the 22nd is a super song with Gaz and Nat , and on the 1st of September is my first outing with fantastic German orchestral composer Axel Menningen , I'm doing a duet with R and B singer Kim . This song was written by Gaz Brownie as a tribute to Mike Peters from The Alarm who sadly died recently . As soon as I heard the rough demo I said " give it 'ere ! " We got Ken from K2 and the Three to provide brilliant drums to give the whole song a real live feel , we do hope you like it !

Afraid-The Neighborhood

I'll finish E-Ruizzo project with a conceptual LP album: 4 songs about 'Arctica Point'. I imagined it amid rotation axis, geographic north and magnetic pole, and I located it on dry land !! Then I draw the cover art.

This opening track tells the decision of leaving this annoying present by travelling to that magical place. The following ones tell the trip and life there.
