Croatian-born. The young producer grew up in the suburbs listening to his father’s old vinyls, everything from Billy Idol to Depeche Mode. He discovered electronic music from his love of drumming and loads of hours watching MT V. A love of bands like T he Prodigy, quickly led to him tinkering early on with a DOS- based sequencer. These were his first steps in the world of music production.At the same time DJ’ing was an interesting topic. His first DJ gig was at the local club – a test pilot for his new productions.Today Axane is based in Hammamet and a frequent player in some of the finest underground clubs in the city. Still focusing on his productions and gaining attention through a prestigious resume of labels.
Either in a DJ set, or in Live, Axane’s touch is plying a dark and melodic techno feel, tinged with ethnical backgrounds. His music blends genres and influences, which results in a purist and clean sound, strong, percussive and without concessions.

In the year 2045, the hordes of revolted bionic slaves have long brought chaos and destruction to earth’s technoverse. A new hero arises in a world where hope is the only currency as the crypto-masters eroded all trust between the neo-citizens. Nothing stands in front of the free flow of information except for the dissolving nature of the boundaries between the virtual, the augmented and the real. In this noise our hero tries to bring a new order where the signals are free from the manipulation of the others.

Syncope unravels a new facet of musical expression to Muhammed Bouchir and Mêlki, inspired by the darkest sides of their well-established B.O.H work that brought tunisian metal into the world scene. 
It reflects the boiling gestation during the last decade of their experience in the artistic world. Bringing a new shift to their expression with alternating dark, progressive and sometimes ambient sounds and a wider range of emotional expression. 
This new born of technological necessity marks another beginning for the artists musical journey.

2020 UPDATE: 4 new tracks uploaded. I decided not to wait, as the times only get stranger daily. Links to the music videos on each track. These tunes document my modular synthesis journey, but still have at least a little Juno-106. Stay safe, everyone, and isolate to save<3
2018 UPDATE: 3 Original tracks + a remix as a series using the Juno-106 as the only synth  2017 UPDATE: December: "Intensify", a dark track with dark inspiration. February: "Return2'88", posted before heading an Acid House night. 2016 UPDATE: Jean-Michel Remix posted, got #15 out of 258 in a remix competition.
Earlier in the year, I finished up "Undulations" and "Casually Berserk" from late 2015, with loads of Juno 106. My new Roland JD-Xi found it's way onto "Neon Tendrils", though already full of lots of old and new kit.

Bio, Short Edit: Multi-instrument dabbling in New Zealand.
Programming focus in Australia with club / festival / radio play.
Analogue, and eventually modular synthesis in The Netherlands.

Extended Play: 
In New Zealand, I dabbled in Programming, Piano, Bass Guitar, Cello, Choirs, & an analog recording studio.
In Australia, I absorbed 1990's Sydney and Melbourne dance cultures, attending clubs, warehouses, forest-parties and major outdoor festivals.
I did one-off sound design jobs for big NYE events etc, collaborating with choreographers, percussionists, singers & fireworks. 
My original house / prog-trance tracks were played on Melbourne's "Kiss FM".
By the mid-2000's, I'd collaborated with D.J.'s, percussionists, a guitarist & a digeredoo player. 
Some tracks were played at outdoor festivals "Rainbow Serpent", "Earthcore", at regular forest parties, Indoor parties and Clubs. Some made it onto Australian T.V., and got rotation on "Street FM" radio.
Two remixes by were released on "Resurgent records" via Beatport, Release Records and 3beat digital.
They were remixes of: Josel (Manchester, UK) and Eiad Sayegh (aka: Bambook, Stockholm, Sweden)(with Anders Ödman.)

I'd always been drawn to Europe, and In the late 2000's, took the opportunity to move Utrecht, The Netherlands, and decided to stay.
Despite busy day jobs and language learning, I've kept creating. The last few years, I delved deeper into synthesis by going vintage analogue, then modular.
