ROI is one of the most awake and creative minds in Spain, but also an insatiable producer. This is testified to by his Fanzine project, which he co-directs with The Panic Room. And, in this electronic principality, where everything is governed by concepts such as purity, elegance and devotion to music, people like ROI are admired, capable of sacrificing their best years to contribute their grain of sand to the cause, training professionals.

As a DJ he manages, without losing sight of his tendency to dance and reflection, to combine, depending on the moment, a multitude of genres with coherence and enjoyment, in equal parts, until weaving together a story with a beginning, middle and end.

He does not lack notable virtues, but those that should be recognized the most are perseverance in his musical project and empathy with the audience on the dance floor. In the same way, as a producer, he manages to give coherence to a wide amalgam of influences from several decades. This unique work is very personal, and like few others, it is capable of triggering a feeling that is sometimes disconcerting, familiar and welcoming at the same time.

ROI could be defined as a cultural agent, which beyond bringing a breath of fresh air to the dance floors, tirelessly seeks to renew the musical language with brilliant ideas that make that experience magical, unique, but above all, so much fun. as accessible and enriching.

Esta semana, el 808 Basic Mix lleva el sello de uno de los nombres más auténticos y comprometidos de nuestra escena. Desde Toledo llega Synthxx, un artista que lleva toda una vida orbitando alrededor de la música electrónica.

Su historia empieza entre cintas de casete, buscando el reto de cruzar sonidos a mano, y termina —o más bien continúa— en cabinas míticas como las de Orbital, Family Club, Industrial Copera, Florida135 o Isla Tortuga, donde dejó huella como residente del proyecto Reaktive.

Synthxx es sinónimo de elegancia, técnica y narrativa. Cada sesión suya es un viaje medido al milímetro, con una selección cuidada que no renuncia al movimiento, pero siempre va más allá. Busca provocar, emocionar, y conectar con quienes están al otro lado.

El gusanillo de la electrónica se le despertó allá el año 2002 cuando empezó a comprar sus primeros discos vinilo . Desde entonces no dejó  de comprar música y de trastear con sus primeros platos y así comenzó a pinchar en pubs y locales de su pueblo dándose poco a poco  a conocer.
Conocido y habitual en la zona de los montes de Toledo ha pinchado en salas como Family Club , Area 42 , Dubay,  Project, Sajoy y en festivales de la zona como Oasis Summer Festival, Conexion Fest, ElectroTech, Acabose Electronic.
Desde el año 2017 es organizador de las fiestas Always techno junto con System Efe.  Ha compartido cabina con nombres Cristian Varela, Christian Wunsch, Kessell, Svreca, Pelacha, Elesbaan,Kessell, Kuroi, Nuke, Cesar Almena, HD Substance, Luis MF, Raul Parra, Roll Dann , Orbe, Peg, Xpansul, Yoikol, Zadig, Regal…..
En 2017 empieza a trastear en el mundo de la producción y en abril de 2018 publica su primer EP en el sello Esloveno THR records. En Octubre publica en el sello italiano Black Bore records. En 2019 tiene firmado la publicación de varios EP´s en diferentes sellos discográficos como Maniacs Records (México), Skandhas Records (Argentina), Black Turtle Records , Shodan Records (España) , Lazuli Records (Canada), Toxic Recordings (Portugal), MTDN Audio records (England),, Shodan Records (España), Sulino Records (Polonia), No Pain Records (Alemania) VapourTrailRecods(España).....En 2020  ya tiene cerrado algún EP más con diferentes sellos cmo Betrieb Recods, Biotech Recordings.  Forma parte del colectivo RøH -side Music.
Sus sesiones están marcadas por un techno contundente pero cargado de ritmo donde refleja su buen gusto a la hora de seleccionar música.

Axell López started in the world of electronics in 1996. Over the years he has experimented with different styles of music but always in the most underground direction. In 1997 he started to play at the Sala Orbital, one of the most cutting-edge venues in the central area of ​​the peninsula, a venue that without knowing it would give him professional maturity since he was a resident for 14 years and was able to share the bill with the best national and international artists of the techno scene at that time and become what he is today thanks to the learning he acquired from each and every one of those artists with whom he had the great opportunity to work. A residency that he combined with performances throughout the national territory. If we had to define his sessions, the words that best define them are energetic and forceful, his sound does not go unnoticed by the public, raw techno and hypnotic sounds, always with his unmistakable essence of the old school sound. In 2000 he studied music production all his productions are characterized by having a common denominator, old school sound. Throughout these years he has worked for artists of all kinds of genres producing their music. In 2014 he decided to take a break from part of his professional career and dedicate himself exclusively to working for other artists producing their music. It is in 2024 when he decides to return to the electronic scene and again begins to produce that incombustible sound that characterizes him, he begins to work for labels and artists of great importance in the world of techno.
