I decided to test the capabilities (with limited recording equipment of course)of my new acoustic. Naturally, one likes to choose an all time favourite ballad from an all time favourite band for this kind of stuff. Hence Savatage. Only mild eq and some ambient effects, preamp on guitar is set to natural.
