I-V was born in New York and raised in New Jersey. He combines superior lyricism with an elusive flow and extraordinary word-play inflicting what is known as Intellectual Penetration.
It wasn't until attending Monmouth University when rapping possessed his ambition. Quickly, he was taking the stage on campus and generating a buzz for his music. Releasing mixtapes with Sose Platinum, Will Reiley, and CK Audio, allowed for shows in such cities as, Hollywood, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, New York, Philly, and Atlantic City.
Currently, Joe is working with DJ/Producers, Bluefade as well as Sose Platinum and Nu Jerzy James. Artists he is in collaboration with are Dre Knight, , AB, and Christina Marie.
