djeb and I first met over four years ago in this weird quasi-mythical place called Loudness Refuge. We became friends almost instantly and, since then, we have been around each other's music and art, have traveled to different countries together, and even worked together alongside other people on songs like Dubstep 2 - Emotional clap or SHADOW GOVERNMENT INC - CLEAN JOBS. Despite this, we never formally collabed, until now. I'm super happy to put this one out because it both sounds awesome and oozes both of our personalities at the same time.

For the most part, heavy dubstep songs don't usually have much of a theme. They usually go like "here's just me messing with a synth" or "here's a song about my interests or media franchise im into right now."

So when I initially made this song, it wasn't much different. I needed something for Round 3 of Dub Duels, so I made a whatever song about me being able to write for strings. For the purpose, it was enough (I lost the round lmao), but I felt like it needed a complete makeover. 
At that time, I was feeling "somewhat" sad and angry about some issues I was having with a person, so I thought it would be cathartic to write around these feelings. Somewhat, because I'm usually too stable emotionally, so I didn't feel that strongly about it 😭. Instead, I thought, what if I imagined I was actually really sad and angry, and tried to channel these feelings? And that's how it ended up. It was a very fun exercise in humanity, and I hope you guys like it!

On the morning of August 16, 2025, 1,327 unique musicians and 73 unique visual artists began the countdown on an all-day endeavor to create. This time was different, however; aside from being the 10th installment of All Nighter, there would be no 11th installment the following year. Creatives of all kinds seized the opportunity and put their all into the next 24 hours in front of their computers. The results of their hard work? 47 outstanding tracks that bridge genres and represent some of the most wonderful creations that this corner of the Internet has to offer.

FORM celebrated its seventh birthday just a month prior to All Nighter, Vol. 10. What began as a small group of friends collaborating on a piece of artwork has evolved into a 10,000-member community, 574 released songs, and over $100,000 raised for charity. By celebrating seven years and the 10th edition of our flagship event, we celebrate *you*— your unwavering support, your brilliantly executed ideas, your donations, your ability to create, and your limitless kindness to the likeminded creatives around you. A community is determined not by its popularity, power, or leadership, but by the character of its members.
