‘Inayat’ - translating to ‘good deed’ -  gravitates towards the very origins of every ideology; to be good and do good. Prabh grieves over humanity’s need to feel superior from their own kin and how it manifests into differences of ideologies, race, caste, gender, land and trickles down into families. In ‘Inayat’ Prabh ponders over these constructions created by humans when all beliefs indicate humanity to emulate the same kindness.

Azadi Records is an independent record label based in India. Its CEO, Mo Joshi, heads the label, which seeks to provide a platform for South Asian artists to release forward-thinking, politically conscious music that critically engages with (and comments on) the pressing issues of our time.

Our aim is not to be underground but to highlight pertinent stories often ignored by the mainstream.
