رضا بالحاج خليفة (توفي في 22 نوفيمبر 2019) الملقب برضا ديكي فنان تونسي ولد في مدينة قصر هلال في ولاية المنستير، اكتسب لقب «ديكي» نسبة لأغنية الأطفال «ديكي ديكي أنت صديقي» التي لحنها وأداها سنة 1978.
Radha Belhaj Khalifa (died on November 22, 2019), nicknamed Radha Diki, was a Tunisian artist born in the city of Qasr Hallal in the Monastir Governorate. He earned the nickname "Diki" from the children's song "Diki Diki Anta Sadeeki" which he composed and performed in 1978.
الحياة الفنية
لم يكن يقتصر ديكي على ألوان موسيقية شرقية أو غربية بل كان يتنقّل بينها في قوالب نصوص كان يبدعها بشكل غريب، إذ لم تكن في غالبها من كتابته، وإنما هي تطويعاتُ نصوصٍ معروفةٍ للألحان ومنطق رضا ديكي في فنّه بشكل عام.
Artistic Career
Diki's musical repertoire was not limited to Eastern or Western styles, but he moved between them in unique forms. Most of his songs were not written by him, but were adaptations of well-known melodies, showcasing Radha Diki's artistic approach in general.

بقي بعيدًا عن دوائر الثقافة الرسمية، بعيداً بالخصوص عن منظومة الامتيازات التي توزّعها وزارة الثقافة رغم ذلك، لم يكن رضا ديكي يشعر بأنه فنّان مهمّش، لوجود شعبية هائلة يتمتع بها لم يكن يحظى بها من يحضرون بشكل متواتر في وسائل الإعلام أو يصعدون على منصّات مهرجانات كثيرة.

He remained outside the realm of official cultural circles, particularly distancing himself from the system of privileges distributed by the Ministry of Culture. Nevertheless, Radha Diki did not feel marginalized as an artist due to the immense popularity he enjoyed, even without frequent appearances in the media or performances at numerous festivals.

توفي في تونس يوم الجمعة 22 نوفمبر 2019 بعد حادث مميت في تونس العاصمة تسبب في وفاته بعد 3 أشهر من المعاناة.

He passed away in Tunisia on Friday, November 22, 2019, following a fatal accident in the capital city. He succumbed to his injuries after three months of suffering.
