NMTA is an American rock band from Sacramento, CA. Includes former members of Lord Mantis, The Atlantic Divide, DINO, NIMITTA, Soulwood and Dröm. The bands wide berth of infused styles finds them blending post-punk, noise rock, sludge, doom, stoner rock, metal and prog-rock with post-industrial and ambient space rock elements. 

Influences include; Melvins, Helmet, Deftones, Tool, Hum, Nine Inch Nails, Shiner, Molly McGuire, Spotlights, Isis (the band), Killing Joke, Skeleton Key, Portishead, Mike Patton, Sleep, Snot, Primus, Incubus, Massive Attack, High on Fire, Failure, Mogwai, Clutch, Chevelle, Architects, Meshuggah, Dillinger Escape Plan, Tomahawk, Mastodon and many others. 

They are currently booking US shows on the West coast and are working on a full-length album. NMTA released their first EP on 10/2018.
