So, Habit's her song has been a major hit of the last year and has seen some interesting edits, but nothing in the dance genre. Habits is one of those unique blend of feelings, its gangster, sexy, relatable, and fun... In fact we aren't quite sure why its not on the same level as Lorde's Royals... So with that in mind, we set out to create a song that complimented the vocals and the subject of the song but brought it into the club arena. The thing with our production lately is we are looking to close the gap between this big kick room house with the huge spacey middle and really melodic full progressive sound and combine it with our love for Indie emotion... its definitely challenging but we feel we are getting closer and closer”

The collaboration came about after both acts met up on the global festival circuit throughout 2012. Creative emails flew back and forth across Europe before the trio finally settled on the skeleton of ‘Mammoth’ as a potential new track. Speaking about the collaboration from his studio in Germany, MOGUAI said, “The track is not so far away from my own solo work. I said to myself, with the right mix this could be something huge, so we got into the studio together and at the end, we had the finished mix that you know now.”
 
A delicious slice of skewed electronica with ‘fist-pump’ written all over it, this titan of a track packs as much energy as it does technical class; crashing bass sections, warped synths and a huge breakdown combining the strengths of both production elements in one fell swoop. ‘Mammoth’ displays the extensive array of musical influences that these two world-renowned acts are constantly drawing their inspiration from, fusing everything together seamlessly for an anthem that will surely be an enormous smash in clubs and at festivals all over the world throughout 2013. For a few years now, Rémi Delleaux has been carrying the Azerlow project like another him, an expressive alter ego who can afford all the fantasies he forbids himself. Based in the north of France, Azerlow’s ambition is to use electronic music as a way to bring genres together. Being fascinated by electronic music and its players in all its forms, he tries to keep the best of it and to transcribe it in his own way no matter the genre.

Azerlow’s mantra is to never define himself by a definitive style, because to give himself a strict line of conduct limits creativity and would not allow to fill his thirst of discovery. It is today nearly ten different genres inside the EDM spectrum but also outside that we can find in his discography, from progressive house to symphonic and acoustic music.

His main references are those who built the electronic music industry of today such as Daft Punk, Hardwell, KSHMR and so many others who have each managed to forge a reputation for the innovative nature of their music. Far from the idea of wanting to stand on the shoulders of geniuses, but simply to take the example and draw lessons to imagine what will be the music of tomorrow and why not the day after tomorrow.
