King Frantz
Frantz Nelson also known as King Frantz is an upcoming Haitian artist rapidly making a name for himself across the globe. As a child growing up in Haiti, Frantz had a drive like no other and strived to be the best in everything he did. Due to his persistent attitude, he always came out victorious.  For that, they called him “King”. The name stuck on him and later he named himself “King Frantz”. King Frantz is an underground artist that combines the sounds of Konpa, Zouk, and R&B into a unique sound. As King Frantz would say, “Si ‘w we moun yo ap danse, out te met konnen jazz la dous! “If the crowd is dancing, you can tell that the music is good! “
King Frantz transitioned from being a band member of Model Konpa into a solo artist. He first made his debut to the public singing along with the group. They made great music for their fans until the band split due to management. Frantz branched out into his solo career thereafter. Nervous and adamant about making a name for himself, he worked extremely hard over the years to perfect his music and make it known. Alongside Joadanny Petit-Frere and Allain Silla, his dream wasn’t too far from becoming reality. He is currently working on his first highly anticipated debut solo album, featuring his Hit Single “Take It All”. Through his originality, he is bringing a sound to the Haitian Music Industry (HMI) that hasn’t been around in a while and engages crowds of all ages.
