Fresh from a stellar North American tour and a two track EP for Saved Records, Mark Fanciulli has been creating more magic in the studio once again. His latest tune, “High” will be given away for free via Mark’s Facebook and Soundcloud pages. It’s a thick wad of peak-time house that burns with a relentless energy. Built around an infectiously groovy bassline, driving 4/4s and a subtle sense of funk, “High” is the latest killer club workout to emerge from Mark’s studio.

Our next release comes from the up and coming Swiss trio known as Disco Burger Music Monster, aka DBMM. After hearing the group's hook-laden productions on the Zurich based imprint Hive Audio last winter, we quickly got in touch with the group who were in the process of producing 'Starscream', a collaboration with UK vocalist Terry Shand. Any Stranjjur supporter will recognize his catchy vocals from his prolific appearance on our label's biggest release to date, last summer's hit 'Where I Stand' which was a collaborative effort with Fabo.

'Starscream' is another catchy record that leaves the listener hitting the replay button and infects dance floors with it's infectious melodic groove. On remix duties are fellow Zurich up and comers Kyrill and Redford, who did a magnificent job reworking the original stems to craft a well rounded remix that shows their style and range as up and coming producers who will become more and more of a household name in the industry with each production they release. Max Lyazgin also crafts a beautiful rendition of his own, keeping things funky with a big disco influence.

If that isnt enough... Stay tuned for DBMM's next release on Stranjjur as well, which will come with big remixes from Animal Trainer and Manhattan Projject. Enjoy!

Rudimental - Free ft. Emeli Sandé & Nas (Maya Jane Coles Remix)

Opus Black is the brainchild of Michael Gray (Full Intention, MGNY) and Andy Haeffele (Crystal Clear, Mob Serenade).

Following an introduction from a mutual friend and a slightly hungover meeting on the way back from ADE, the pair decided to combine forces musically and see what would happen when producers traditionally from different scenes collided on a tune.

The result is a solid mix of filtered disco house that tips its hat to Stardust and the other French masters. Combine this with catchy vocals, harking back to early Royksopp (courtesy of Andy himself and co-writer Stella Attar) and you’ve got something good.

The vocals describe that feeling, where no matter where you look, you keep catching a glimpse of that certain someone.

Electronic Youth turn in probably their best remix to date. A production duo who smashed it all over Ibiza this summer and hotly tipped to make their mark in 2014 their remix is deep, warm and lush. A Depeche Mode-esque feel compliments the vocal hooks creating an aural delight!

The past year was an exciting one for our twins. Filled with extensive

touring after the huge success of their “Everyday” EP.


When travelling the world you make aquaintances. Meeting Digitaria during their

recent Brazil tour was a very fruitful one. There was a big sympathy and a great vibe

resulting in this huge deep disco hammer.


Danielas subtle vocals with a synthetic flavor floats over a fat bassy synthline.

The sweet chord steps bring in the brazilian flavour. Knowing the Adana Twins

you can be sure of a big build up happening leaving the crowds in arm raising,

screaming happieness.

Despite their tender age, Italian producers Marco Faraone & Luca Agnelli have released on some of the most established labels including Get Physical, Cècille, Dirtybird and Moon Harbour. 
This X sees the young duo continue their rise to the top with an impressive debut on Desolat which showcases their considerable production talents. Title track ‘Jambo’ kick off the EP at a strong pace with a deep bouncing bass-line, crisp percussion and a hypnotic distorted looped vocal makes for a thrilling and trippy track. ‘La Feria’ is another driving track aimed at the peaktime dancefloor. The track is characterised by strong drums and a distant radio-like sample which is prominent until the track drops back into its distinctive rhythm. ‘Hold It Like That’ is a perhaps the most delicate offering on the EP. The track develops at a gentler pace, with an infectious looped vocal sitting and shimmering hazy-melody sitting upon crisp drums.’Last Call’ which rounds off the EP, is once again a powerful track, with subtle-builds, aimed firmly at moving a packed dancefloor. 
Overall then on the ‘X EP’ Marco Faraone & Luca Agnelli justify why they are two of the most promising producers around by delivering an accomplished debut EP.
