That ache and yearning to return to a former self or moment in time is often driven by a dissatisfaction with who or where we are now. We wanted to express this by having the soft, atmospheric pads of the intro guide the listeners back to the past before exploding into the distorted, melodic, dance-focused elements of the drops that represent the return to a time lost.
