So it Begins

In our lives, we are granted the opportunity to witness the departure of our loved ones. Some depart through doors, never to return, yet still exist somewhere. Others leave suddenly, unexpectedly. Yet some depart when we are somewhat prepared, for their age predisposes them to it. However, there are also departures more challenging... when we observe the tree of the mind of a beloved, from which memories' leaves fall, and even the freshest, youngest cannot hold on to it. We cannot help, we can only watch how they fall...

Composing this little piece was very personal. It was combined with the realization of a fact from my immediate surroundings. I left all imperfections of my playing because of how I felt at that moment. It wasn't an improvisation, it was an interpretation of a theme that I've developed few minutes earlier. Our Treasures

They are painted in purple and blue
in yellow and also green
the treasures that we see here
go directly to our hearts
and make us feel well 

I am talking about all meadows here and there
which are scattered around our world
You meet them in Africa
and in China and in Vietnam
they make us feel well

The people in America
have learned to relish
what is offered around their homes
it is not only there people see
how they can feel well
And we don’t want any mines destroying our fields
we want to keep them safe for our kids

I'm a self-taught ! That mean that i never studied music and i learned alone. I'm interested in a lot of kind of music, but i mainly like composing neo-classical and electronic music.
