The name Walter Vibes is a tribute to Walter White —Heisenberg— from the series Breaking Bad, symbolizing the same creativity, precision, and full dedication to the craft.

BRASHI ist ein musikalisches Experiment gezeichnet vom Grundton des Lebens. Ein Projekt, dass sich nicht an einem Anfang oder Ende orientiert, sondern einzig am endlosen Kreislauf des musikalischen Schaffens. Nach einer langen Reise durch die Zürcher Clublandschaft hat der Kreativkopf hinter BRASHI, Christoph Pfister, seine ganz eigene Auffassung von feinem Klanggut entwickelt. In seinen Kompositionen entwurzelt er altbekannte Klänge aus ihren starren Gefässen, paart sie mit beständigen Basslinien und durchtränkt die Kreationen anschliessend in einem See von warmen House-Elementen. Wer seinen Geist mit den sphärischen Ergüssen berieselt, merkt schnell, dass sich dieser Reichtum an musikalischen Eindrücken nicht in eine Schublade zwängen lässt. Der BRASHI Sound schafft den Spagat zwischen Club und Sofa: Pure Melodie-Melancholie mit einer explosiven Ladung Dancefloor-Dynamit.

BRASHI is a musical experiment drawn from the keynote of life. A project that is not oriented to a beginning or an end, but only to the endless cycle of musical creation. After a long journey through the Zurich club scene, the creative mind behind BRASHI, Christoph Pfister, has developed his very own conception of fine sound material. In his compositions, he uproots familiar sounds from their rigid vessels, mates them with consistent bass lines and then soaks the creations in a lake of warm house elements. Who sprinkles his mind with the spherical effusions, quickly realizes that this wealth of musical impressions can not be forced into a drawer.
