Bioluminescent is a United States based artist that has dedicated his life to inspiring humanity with music. His diverse and original work doesn't fit into any one box or genera. You can often hear all sorts of Bass music, future bass, EDM, trance, hip hop, and much more when listening to Drew Wood's work. Shows are always mixed live and no two shows are the same. Audiences who get to watch him live note that "he is in the zone and you can feel his love of the music". Kentucky-based artist Drew Wood is Bioluminescent, and his tracks are quite intriguing, with plenty of catchy hooks and sonic surprises. “Eyes Wide Open,” for example, establishes an engaging, hooky groove before he uses his DJ skills to deploy an array of cool sounds, such as synth tones that clap and quack prominently. The artist gets a deep dance groove going in “Algorhythms,” whose keyboard flourishes add the right amount of flash. We also love the jet engine whine that accents this track. Darker in its vibe is “Easy,” which melds an array of unusual textures that are at first jarring but ultimately engaging once the hook comes clearly into focus. This is a composer with daring imagination.

 Drew Wood, aka Moris Code, may not have the same worldwide recognition of the this weeks big releases such as Skrillex or Knife Party, but he puts out a sound that has everything needed to climb up the ladder and steal the crown right from the top! The 29 year old producer/DJ hailing from Bowling Green, KY has only been in the EDM game for a little under a decade and his sounds are those of seasoned vet, absolutely ill! Bringing sounds from all sorts of genres, you’d be a fool to not keep your ears out for Moris Code’s latest remixes and original tracks!
