Senpai replaces Mettaton, of course, while Spirit replaces Mettaton EX.

As Hating Simulator isn’t an actual location, all of senpai and spirit’s appearances/encounters occur through being sucked into Hating Simulator at specific scripted events whilst traversing The Wastelands. 
The closest example is probably a moderately more common version of Rouxxls Kaard’s appearances in Chapter 1 of Deltarune.

"Record of Funk" is a crossover AU of undertale set in the world of the newgrounds game; Friday Night Funkin'.
