Daddy Dearest replaces Toriel only in the sense that he's the first boss, he doesn't like or care for BF and instead, actively wants him dead. Daddy Dearest is the reason for most of the encounters in the AU, as he puts a pretty hefty bounty on BF's head after losing his battle against him.

"Record of Funk" is a crossover AU of undertale set in the world of the newgrounds game; Friday Night Funkin'.
