This mix was recorded on a glorious sunny Sunday afternoon last summer, I was nursing a hangover and needed music that would soothe but energise my weary soul. I remember after the completion of this set I was back in action all cylinders firing. 

I hope this mix delivers a similar soothing, healing yet energising energy into your life when you decide to listen. Sometimes in this hectic life you just gotta slooooow it down and take a big deep breath.
