The raga saga is a series I have started to act as a cultural collector of my favorite artists from all over, Each raga is in an array of melodic structures with musical motifs. This beautiful saga comes from Istanbul, Turkey by the ingenious and musically gifted @tolgamaktay

He was born in Istanbul 1977 and started in 1996 to DJ as a professional. He worked in various clubs and private parties in Istanbul then in 2001, he began his music production journey. At first, he started playing tech-house and later on his taste evolved to a more minimal house/tech. In 2014, he signed a contract with KP Recordings incluging Five EPs. In 2017, he began focusing on the production of deep house & downtempo. Later that year, he signed a new contract with Empire Studio Records.In 2018, has worked with Pipe&Pochet & Kosa Records in 2019, Tolga started a new radio program, every Sunday between 22:00/23:00 (GMT+3) "Seaside Temple with Tolga Maktay" at Lounge FM 96.
He also recently played at the Chill-Out Festival 2019.
