We were delighted to here that the guys over at @etonmessy wanted us to premiere a track from their forthcoming compilation 'In:Season' Excited from the outset, we knew this track was going to be something special; even before setting our ears upon it. Joining the likes of Dusky, Richy Ahmed, Cera Alba & many more, Matt & Kendo seem to have created a whole new feel in contrast to the rest of the collection, this naughty Tech House track takes you on a journey that really reflects the Eton Messy sound perfectly.

Groundwerk Recordings is a label driven by ART>EGO. Groundwerk's sound reflects the moody depth of an urban landscape existing between ocean and forest. From bright outgoing summer days to dark and heavy winter nights, our releases aim to tell the story of the four seasons experienced in our west coast city. 
Music featured on Groundwerk Recordings has sprouted from grassroots electronic music community initiatives in Vancouver, Canada. The most predominant of these initiatives is the Groundwerk Listening Party, a monthly social meet-up for electronic music enthusiasts to connect and collaborate. With these events gaining momentum, Groundwerk Recordings is born, ready to present its community to the world.
We launch with an EP from Diana Boss, a production duo that has been with us since Groundwerk Listening Party 001. 
The single West Coast, featuring lyrics and vocals from Vancouver artist Elle Wolf, soars over the coastline and with guitar arpeggios and a hint of synth driven-hardness. 
The B-side Legacy is a sassy bassline driven stomper with a wide-open drop.
Karsten Sollors' West Coast remix takes the single deeper and later into the party, delivering a lower groove that sits well in a tech-house set.

Jerome Price unveils his brand new independent label BABYLON and launches the imprint with an intoxicating two track EP which see's him channel his production skills into standout club tracks tailor made for the dance floor. 

Leading the charge is the aptly named ’Babylon’. With a progressive undertone, the lead track brings thick rolling basslines, atmospheric breakdowns and hypnotic analogue synths that build throughout. 

This is followed by ‘Some Darns’. With its warm bassline and swinging percussion, the B Side track creates a propulsive groove that is set to keep any floor dancing into the night, just as the infectious vocal commands. 

BABYLON and Jerome Price display their intent with this debut EP and are set to make their mark on the dance floors.
