Apashe is out to conquer new territories with his new EP, “Golden Empire”. The Belgian producer has brought out his full arsenal of sonic weapons to craft an epic pair of bass-heavy juggernauts that will destroy dancefloors worldwide.

The title track of the EP is a 6-minute bass odyssey that covers an astounding amount of musical ground. The big drums and gritty bass lines that have made Apashe so well-known are of course prominently featured, but they are neatly tucked into endless layers of brass, between filtered guitar strums and airy choir sections.

The oriental-flavored B-side, “Sand Storm”, is no less impressive. Montreal MCs Odalisk throw down a few vicious bars over snake-like synth lines before Apashe brings the heavy bass back in what is sure to be another trapstep hit for the Kannibalen artist.

'Heads Up' is a king size tear-out session of Godzilla proportions. Opening with subtle themes of dark cinematic drama, he pitches us into a drop that's so physical and visceral it's outrageous. Sneering and tearing with raw aggression, you could reload this 20 times over and your crowd will lap it up every single time. Just when you thought Audio couldn't possibly raise the bar higher... 

And that bar stays high on 'Stampede'. Nodding deftly at every muscular sub-genre D&B has spawned -- from tech to neuro to jump-up -- Audio has whittled such a sharp sonic stick the police are considering filing it as a dangerous weapon.

Few artists to emerge from North America’s Drum & Bass culture have made such a significant or enduring impact as San Francisco based trio Bachelors of Science. Formed in 2005, the group has carved out an unmistakable signature sound that spans the full emotional scope of the genre. From deep liquid over to the harder dance floor sounds of DnB, BoS have retained their musical quality and a loyal following, picking up a Beatport award for Best Drum n Bass single and several features on BBC Radio 1 while garnering DJ support across the scene from artists like LTJ Bukem, High Contrast, Friction, S.P.Y, Spectrasoul, Doc Scott, Bryan Gee, Marky, and many more.

Having released music on labels like Spearhead, Dirtybird, Fokuz, Horizons and Intrigue, in 2012 they launched CODE Recordings as an outlet for their music as well as standout productions from some of the top artists in the DnB scene.

On stage BoS bring an energy and vibe that is all their own. From top clubs like Fabric and Ministry of Sound to festivals and events such as Tomorrowland, Sun and Bass, Hospitality and Liquicity, the guys regularly perform around the world taking crowds on a unique journey with everything from originals and bootlegs to custom edits of cutting edge tracks and past future classics.
