Although we opted for a different final direction for “I’LL
BE GONE,” I always loved this longer version of the song.
I think this is a good example of how a different structure
and arrangement can totally change the vibe of a song.

An Irish expatriate living in London, he made his bow as a producer with the three track ‘Khayyam Grey’ EP on respected Berlin imprint Leisure System that took cues from the likes of Daphni and Theo Parrish. Rainer Trueby and Rebirth’s Corrado Bucci joined forces for a splendid Black Label release under the alias TRUCCY. Tastemaker don Gilles Peterson already featured Sidestep in his Worldwide radio show and Jimpster was charting and playing it already, aswell. A truly elegant, smooth deep house 2-tracker.
Corrado Bucci is a young Italian musician, producer and DJ. Since the previous works 'Brooklyn' and 'Chewing Bubble' (Rebirth Records) the young italian musician and producer has been gaining great support in the electronic scene. He explored new musical territories and started to play real instruments, refining his artistic expression! Best known for his 2014 underground single “Open Your Eyes“ (supported by Gilles Peterson, Rainer Trueby, Lovebirds and Jazzanova to name just a few). In November 2014 Corrado announced that he signed to Local Talk Records & Compost Records ( w/ Rainer Trueby under the name “Truccy”) for 2015!

What can I say about this record?  I'm still not sick of it, which is some feat in itself.  Thanks to Jay-J Hernandez for engineering the f*ck out of this record.  I couldn't pray for it to sound any better.  I remember handing Frankie Knuckles the white label at that years WMC in Miami.  Next thing I know he was playing it.  He summoned me over and said "this is hot"!  I had no idea it would have the impact it had.  It was my favorite tour.  I'd play the record in every city and people would yell the words from the dance floor.  There go those chills again...
