“Tyralucia” has performed with many greats including Jackson Browne, Keb Mo’, Chaka Khan, Herbie Hancock, Ali Woodson from the Temptations, Ike Turner, Wayne Shorter, YoYo, DJ Spark, Stevie Wonder, George Bohanon and many more. Things have only gotten better form there. Not only did she perform with those acclaimed musical masterminds, she also recorded an up beat swinging version of “Let The Good Times Roll” with Ray Charles and Slash from Guns and Roses. Tyra has had the opportunity to perform at The Playboy Jazz Festival. As well as a singer and musician, she is an amazing songwriter.

Given the opportunity to assist Brandon Rainey (winner of the 2006 Spike Lee Award) in his annual summer productions as a songwriter and more recently a musical director, Tyra found herself exploring a realm of her talent to which she was unaware- being honored to head the Music Department of CBG Enterprises.  For the personal and professional opportunities, she continuously thanks God for His many blessings. With this position, Tyra has been able to create all new music for original musicals and tour the country- showcasing and performing her songs. She’s prevailed as the music director for CBG since 2003.

As an actress, Tyra starred in Ephraim’s Song, an original urban musical that garnered four NAACP Theater Award nominations. She has appeared in two commercials: Apple I-pod and Ray Charles Blues Lab. She was cast in the major motion picture “Dreamgirls,” starring Beyonce’ Knowles, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Hudson and Eddie Murphy. Recently, demonstrated her many talents in the feature film "Let Clay Be Clay," where she portrays "Doneisha," a precarious but talented character who sings and dances her way to the top. Below are what a few think of her vocal ability:
