Exposed at a young age to the British invasion bands of the 60s, with a healthy dose of 70s punk and new wave for good measure, the Sheffield band take their inspiration from the likes of Elvis Costello, Tom Petty and Fleetwood Mac. What brought them together was their unshakeable belief that guitars still have a vital place in popular music and their ear for a great, foot stomping classic rock hook. To really get a taste for their sound, you need to visit their most recent singles, Don't Believe You and Gold & Green, two great examples of a band who are completely at ease with their sound, with loving nods to the likes of Bad Company and Free, each single punctuated by impressive, no nonsense guitar work that’s just begging to be played loud on your next road trip.

Formed by guitarist Tom Galton and bassist Will Stocks in their youth, the two songwriters have been recording and gigging relentlessly since the age of 15. Playing live with addition of a drummer, the tours that followed saw them take to the stage supporting The Boomtown Rats and The Buzzcocks, as well as opening for Bruce Foxton's 'From The Jam' on two separate occasions; once at Glasgow's ABC and again at a sold out show at the famous Cavern Club In Liverpool. 

Over 2014 the band have released 4 consecutive singles, earning themselves a top ten in their local BBC introducing 'Tracks of the Year', a 'Record of the Week' on BFBS as well as rave reviews on popular internet sites such as Stereoboard and So So Gay. Their fourth single of the year Don't Believe You is a perfect example of the bands hook-laden, off-kilter, power-pop, incorporating aforementioned old school influences from Petty & Costello combining them with tight production and light, yet pessimistic, lyrical content making it vital and relevant in todays musical climate.
