Today we have an audio story for you that has been a long, long time coming. Murray "Bubba" Lawrence Jr was convicted of the murder of Brandon Hastings who disappeared from Foley, Alabama during Spring Break of 2003 and whose body was found a week later near Guitier/Vancleave, Mississippi. The State convicted Lawrence on the word of a co-conspirator, a "Deal With The Devil" according to David Whetstone Baldwin County District Attorney circa 2003. The irony is that then Lt. Huey Mack was the Lead Detective and is now the 5th term Sheriff of Baldwin County and the Judge in the case Robert Wilters is now serving his second term as District Attorney after a 22 year stretch on the bench. Happy Thanksgiving.  This week we discuss the removal of a document by the Guardian News and whether coercion was in play.  In a major reversal, the self appointed arbitrator of free speech Elon Musk declares certain statements to be out of bounds and will result in suspension.  All on the heels of the ADL and Whitehouse decrying his retweeting of statement they believe to be anti-Semitic.  Next comes the "thermonuclear" lawsuit.  In other lawsuit news this week Republican front runner Donald Trump sued numerous media outlets saying they intentionally misstated earning (losses) of Truth Social.  Back to Alabama where Baldwin County Judge Clark Stankoski gave Sheriff Huey Mack 43 days to return the Camaro they illegally seized from the father of a Bay Minette Attorney.  Mobile PD killed a 16 year old in a no-knock-pre-dawn-raid on a home.  Mayor Stinson declares these raids will no longer be conducted.  The warrant was related to the sale of Marijuana. Following the game-plan of The Mike Hubbard and Governor Robert Bentley scandals; Attorney General Steve Marshall, Ethic Director Tom Albritton, Regions Bank and the plaintiff's attorneys have reached a settlement in the Mabel Amos Memorial Scholarship Trust lawsuit.; thereby negating the need for further discovery that may embarrass power people, corporations, or institutions.  And Speaker Ledbetter tells the mouthpiece of the gaming establishment that illegal gambling is so rampant that the only way to combat it is to legalize and regulate it. After three years a Documentary Filmmaker has put forth a compelling narrative of what actually led to the death of George Floyd (https://rumble.com/v3vyvzv-the-fall-of-minneapolis.html) It appears that the medical examiners report stated that there was no indication of asphyxiation, damage to the hyoid bone, and no contusions on the neck that would indicate the Dereck Chauvin killed George Floyd. In fact, the toxicology report indicates that he had a three times fatal dose of fentanyl in his system when he died. All of this was suppressed of course so that the BLM riots could spread across this county. Similarly, there is a case here in Baldwin County Alabama where an autopsy report which was withheld from the Defense team of Murray “Bubba” Lawrence in the Capital Murder of Eric Hastings who died in 2003.  The Motion for Relief is based on newly discovered evidence under Rule 32 of the Alabama Rules of Criminal Procedure.  And who all was involved back in the day? Well it was DA David Whetstone’s last capital case.  Our current District Attorney was the trial Judge, and the lead investigator Lt Huey Hoss Mack is now our 4th term Sheriff (interestingly enough his father was the Coroner of Baldwin County in 2003, also the owner of Mack Funeral Home which handled the  burial arrangements for the Hastings Family).  The States case rested on the testimony of a co-conspirator and there was no physical evidence that Mr. Lawrence committed the crime.  The issue here: was Brandon Hastings murdered with a handgun? Shot through the neck destroying the C-2 vertebrae or was he strangled as Dr. Paul McGarry would testify at trial. You must be asking yourself how a man could be convicted of shooting another when the Mississippi ME says he was strangled?   You obviously have not been to Court in Baldwin County.

With the exit of Alabama Head Coach Nick Saban all Auburn alums are praying for a repeat of the Tubberville years on The Plains (not to be confused with the Tubberville years in the Senate, which no one will refer to as the good ole days). And within three days they have a new coach at "the university". Judge Wilters (currently serving as District Attorney for the 28th Judicial District) has answered the Rule 32 Petition filed by Murray "Bubba" Lawrence Jr wherein the DA claims that Brady Information withheld by the State of Alabama is not reversible error. It should be noted that Wilters was the Judge who sat on this very case. Reporter Brandon Moseley was in the Bass Pro Shop this week when a man swam naked in the fish tank, you get to hear it first hand. And also breaking the internet this week was a drunk Mountain Brook partygoer stuck in an urn during a cocktail party. This week a Federal Court dismissed Mobile Baykeepers lawsuit against Alabama Power Company related to the Coal Ash or CCRs that they intend to cap in place on the banks of the Mobile River. And there could not have been a better weather day for the Martin Luther King Jr parade here in Daphne Alabama but this will not last... a big winter storm rolling in has cancelled schools in much of Alabama for tomorrow.

All of the Governors Working for Alabama Bills have passed with the Innovations District Legislation stalled for good reason. Deep State Operatives are to now be in charge of the Medical Marijuana Licenses. And the Alabama Legislature has appointed a joint committee to hammer out the Gaming Bill (s). And former Limestone County Sheriff Mike Blakely has been sprung by his pals at the Pardons and Parole Board.  He only stole a little and we like him. The City of Dothan fires their City Manager after the Summer Feeding Program Scandal which included an unconcluded FBI investigation. Goodwyn Mills and Caywood are the architects selected by the State of Alabama to design a new State House and they have released renderings of the building as well as floor plans for the six story structure. The Alabama Legislature is in session for a few more days and it is with a heavy heart that we announce that Sen Greg Allbritton killed his own gaming bill.  It did not pass by his lone vote against.  PCI gaming, you can say that again.  But it could come back up and pass with only Allbritton changing his vote.  It appears that a new ethics bill will pass and be ignored much like the current ethics laws.  Dirty Library books, more money for their slush funds, historical horse racing slot machines, porn blockers factory settings for mobile phones (sounds anti-republican as one can get), and the Alabama Legislature created a new property right similar to mineral rights but one that allows the owner of the PORE SPACE under the property to fill it with toxic waste in the form of aerosolized gas. And authorizing the Alabama Department of Conservation to lease this space under our state land, water, and parks.  New Rules. Deputy Hornady and the Baldwin County Commission lose their immunity in the shooting death of Johnathan Victor.  Mobile has fired its Chief of Police.  The student protests are out of control and every participant is an antisemite (according to the news). Another Boeing whistleblower bites the dust.  The Trump hush money trial is a circus. And Trump VP candidate Kristi Noem reveled in her autobiography (fill in this blank with your favorite meme) that she killed a dog because he wasn't good at bird hunting.  Yes this could be her Waterloo.

The Alabama Legislative Session came to a close last week with may bills important to Legislators from South Alabama ended up on the trash heap, We'll tell you why. But the best showdicking of the session had Rep Matt Simpson (R) Baldwin County on the receiving end. His Ethics Bill could not get out of the Senate. Bevis and Butt-Head (Tubberville and AG Marshall according to JD Crowe) attended the trial of DJT in NYC to support their hero and future meal ticket. Arrests have been made in the mass shooting that occurred in the Stockton Community of North Baldwin County. And in a showdicking of epic proportions, Paul Ripp recounts his Federal Lawsuit against the City of Fairhope and Council President Jack Bureell who stated publicly this past week that he is a champion of public participation. UAW fails to unionize Mercedes in Tuscaloosa.
