Joining us On the Way to OZORA 2022 is JUANMAD with this appetizing mix he titled "Age of Love". JuanMad is a project by Juan Manuel Do Campo Méndez, whose first project “el M.A.D.” (distributor of midi adventures) was created in 2005 with the idea of ​​making a style based on old school psy trance. This project did not prosper but it's thanks to it that Juan learned the instruments to create music like his favorite old school artists. After 10 years of experience, he decided to create a new project, JuanMad with the idea of ​​a style that would unify the new psy trends with the old school. Much appreciated by the local public in Ibiza (his hometown), Juan has gained a lot of experience playing in clubs and free parties searching for the right formula of high quality rhythm and suitable psychedelia. How to express your sound? Well… we don't like to catalog music, just enjoy it.

JAKEN - Second Chances (Original Radio Extended Edit but really its a 5 minute long version)

The recording from most of the set played by Back to Mars at Psy-Fi Festival 2015. The style is psychedelic salad: Forest, Groovy Psy, Progressive, Funky Psy, Old School, Dark Psy, Trippy stuff and, and, and... 
It was a sunny summer day and the set was during the hottest hours of the afternoon. To play only Forest as originally requested would be unkind to the sweaty public frying under the sun, so the solution was a mix between styles to give people a break on the dance floor ;)

Back to Mars at Psy-Fi Festival (psychedelic salad)

This was a very special set I played at the Universo Paralello Teaser at Trance Orient Express in Ruigoord, Amsterdam!
In the timetable, I was playing the closing set as Marciana (Psychedelic Techno). During the whole night, the music played was Psytrance which went quite fast at some point, and by the time of my set at 7am, people still wanted more! Since I only had 1 hour of set more or less, there was not enough time to make a transition from faster Night Psy into slower PsyTechno. So this is what happened:
In the first half, I played a classic Back to Mars morning set, to then include a long storm sample and from there, switch into Marciana and Psychedelic Techno 🙂
Never did this before, but it was awesome!
