Kobe JT is a name on the UKG scene’s lips and touted as the next best thing to happen by many and its not hard to hear why, receiving support from the likes of UKG legend DJ EZ, as well as Flava D, Sammy Virji, Rinse’s newest figurehead IZCO and the Prince of UKG - Conducta, who also brought him through for Kiwi Hush 2 in 2019. Still only 22 years of age and having worked with the likes of Conducta, MOAD and Logan amongst others and a discography spanning across Downplay (Slime Recordings), Strictly Flava, Wang Records and of course Kiwi Records where the Gloucestershire producer featured on the Kiwi Sound Compilation CD in 2020, he’s already proving to be a hot prospect.

The 22 year old producer has been on 1Forty’s radar for some time, so as soon as the submission came through of Killa P’s ‘Rate Us’, the soulful summer vibes paired with the ragga style meant it was an instant addition to the 1Forty Acapellas EP.
