Crysis (Make it up club hybrid set)

After five years in the desert, Geoglyph returns with a new solo album Otherworldly. Recorded on analogue synths, bass guitar, flute, and melodica, and with guest appearances from guitarists Jason Bond and Toby Snowden, this is a warm, proggy album with a handmade feel. Continuing on the path set by Geolinguistic and Messages from the Resonator, each track tells a story with contrasting sections. COME AND HEAR: inscrutable ceremonies in twilit caverns; ancient glyphs carved on stony mesas; impossible structures which defy space and time.

We are beyond stoked for this first drop to come to a sound system near you, coming from our friend @shmurk_o_0 this EP embodies his unique style of groovy funk filled bass wobbles mixed with a little cave dwelling wonk.

This album is a golden apple from Eris herself, a polymorphous journey soaring through the psychonautical altitudes of the here and never ever, peeling through the shifting layers of aural hallucinations to find some sort of sanity and spirit at the core. With moments of zen-like lysergic reflection mixed with bamboozling SNAFUs of pure spiritual vertigo ‘The Hallucinatory Mountain’ is the amalgamation of years of dedication and optimism, a promising seed with more fruit to bear.
