Hey everyone! So, my song "Elsewhere" is really close to my heart. It's about those moments when you feel out of place, like you're meant to be somewhere else doing something different. We've all had those days when our current reality doesn't match up with our dreams or where we feel we should be In "Elsewhere," I wanted to capture that sense of yearning and restlessness. It's about wanting to break free from the mundane and find a place where you truly belong. Sometimes, it feels like you're just going through the motions, and your mind and heart are elsewhere, dreaming of better things.I hope when you listen to this song, it resonates with those parts of you that are seeking change and looking for your own "elsewhere." Remember, it's okay to want more and to strive for a place where you feel fully alive and happy.

I created this track by improvising on a Gibson SG over three variations of a drum pattern. I produced the drums using custom sounds I made on the AKAI MPC Live and the Teenage Engineering PO-32. I also played the bass part on a Sire J7—my marvelous fretless bass.

Following the release of the first two singles ‘Motel Whore’ & ‘The Great Depression’ which follow a more rock influenced sound, ‘Broken Hearted’ follows the Pop genre she is known best for. 

The self written, and self produced track, discusses topics of heartbreak, and realising a relationship isn’t working. “The song is pretty much about coming to terms with the fact that the relationship isn’t working. It also shows that the relationship wasn’t meant to be as we are polar opposites. We hurt each other, we drain each other mentally”.

Delirium: a disturbed state of mind or consciousness, especially an acute, transient condition associated with fever, intoxication, and certain other physical disorders, characterized by symptoms such as confusion, disorientation, agitation, and hallucinations. It represents the madness of looking at a pitch black, empty landscape for too long - aka, space.

Delirium is also about ADHD, mania and my mind's tendency to just imagine situations and react to them, sometimes as if they were real.
