The Canadian label Chez.Kito.Kat Records publishes the new LP “Idiocratic Trance Music” by french duo KLUSA DABA. After having already released in 2018 their first glitch idm EP “Landscape”, they are coming back with a totally different mood on this new LP focused on trance experimentation. 
ITM (Idiocratic Trance Music) is a commercial product resulting from the intensive modification of EDMmainstream samples. The album contains 99% loops from commercial “sample packs”. These sound objects are crushed, transformed and deconstructed to make a work with a synthetic and scintillating aesthetic. The use of initial materials that we hated, however, allowed the design of a coherent post-trance album with grainy textures and punchy synths. We want to challenge the excessive commercialization of music where each sound becomes a product and each preset a source of profit. This album allows us to question the relationship between sound and its use. A sound, today, is just an object that must be sold.

Embark on an exhilarating musical odyssey with Neida's latest "Can't Get Enough EP", a mesmerizing follow-up to his standout contribution on June 2023's "Good Vibes Vol. 1". 
Unveiling a sincere exploration of sound and emotion through three original tracks and four remixes, blending rhythm and intensity in a way that keeps hearts racing and dance floors alive.

The EP's title track, "Can't Get Enough," thrusts us into a realm of frenetic beats and palpable energy, creating an immersive experience that feels both sweaty and liberating, while "Hydro" delves into aquatic dreamscape intertwining distortion and trap influences. 
"Trainwreck" propels the listener forward at breakneck speed, capturing the essence of a high-speed locomotive leading us to four visionary remixes adding a kaleidoscope of perspectives to the EP. 

Miss Jay's daring reinvention of "Dirty" sets the tone, with an intense video game-inspired groove evolving into drum and bass, infused with neurofunk influences. Portway's remix of "Can't Get Enough" takes the original into uncharted territories, fusing elements of dnb and electro, creating a futuristic yet vintage sonic landscape.
Galtier's reimagining of "Hydro" paints a sonic picture of fluidity, with a pacey, liquid-esque roller vibe that elevates the track into a conscious, heightened state of mind. Subsism then takes the reins, delving into dub, grime, and trance influences in the remix of "Trainwreck."

The result is a genre-blending piece that adds an extra layer of depth to Bad Tips' exploratory commitment.

In this EP, piaconcept and Lüma-G revisit the club with their respective artistic backgrounds.
One with her signature sound design borrowing from her IDM and lofi influences, the other with her rhythmic mastery of 90s house. Their common territory is jazz, its rhythms and melodies, but above all its freedom of musical structure !

All continuity includes ruptures. The ocean teaches us that when the current is too strong, we must let ourselves be carried along.

The A-side of the EP dismantles the traditional club structure to offer a version in which the artists allow themselves to break away from the sequencing system dance music. One could be mistaken for thinking that there are several tracks in one, but the ear is easily carried away by this game of questions and answers.

After a complex immersion in the elements of club music, Lüma-G and piaconcept finally concentrate on rhythmic sequences on the B-side. rhythmic sequences.
