Saturn FC and Intergalactic Kalahari Oysters have agreed to the loan of the player Interplanetary Criminal for the next EP on Kalahari Oyster Cult, pending the relevant mental health check-up. Intergalactic Kalahari Oysters reserves the right to purchase the player when comes the end of the world.

“We’re delighted we’ve been able to complete this transfer. Signing Interplanetary Criminal was our squad’s biggest wish,” commented Kalahari Oyster Cult’s label boss. “Interplanetary Criminal’s Out Of Body EP is a versatile EP, with 3 absolute belters and a very emotional jam. These tracks were tested and approved in club environment. Interplanetary Criminal is ready to kick off the season and there’s no question that this transfer further increases the quality in our roster.”

Underground dance music culture in Seoul is on the rise. More and more clubs are
emerging and parties representing different tastes and values are diversifying the scene.

서울의 언더그라운드 댄스 뮤직 문화는 현제 많은 발전이 이뤄지고 있습니다. 기존과는 다른 스타일의
클럽들과 파티들이 생겨나고 있으며 이런 움직임들이 신을 더 다양하게 만들어가고 있습니다.

As a result, Seoul-based DJs and producers have formed crew collectives to make their
musical identities stronger. 'Hazed & Confucius’ is one of these dedicated crews. Their aim is to allow hazy Lo-Fi, crunchy leftfield house and raw techno music to have a strong presence amidst Seoul’s many shades.

그런 결과로, 서울을 중심으로 활동하는 디제이들과 프로듀서들은 본인들의 색깔을 더 강하게 나타내고
활동하기 위해서 크루를 만들기 시작하였습니다. ‘Hazed & Confucius’는 그런 크루들중 하나로서, 그
들의 목표는 몽환적이고 Lo-Fi한, 그리고 거친느낌의 레프트필드 하우스와 테크노를 서울의 신에 안정
적으로 정착시키는데 있습니다.

In this compilation, Hazed & Confucius have curated 6 tracks from Seoul-based artists
who are emblematic of their unique identity. DJ / Producers DJ Bowlcut, Adam Emil,
Jazzy Rhythmer, Jae Young, Purvitae and Anchore all contribute and spent time a
sizeable amount of studio time together to make this compilation a true document of how
they see their future local house music scene develop.

이번 컴필레이션에서, Hazed & Confucius는 서울을 거점으로 활동하는 여섯명의 아티스트들의 트랙
을 발표합니다. DJ Bowlcut, Adam Emil, Jazzy Rhythmer, Jae Young, Purvitae 그리고 Anchore
의 트랙들로서, 그동안 이들이 스튜디오와 파티에서 서로 같이 미래의 서울 하우스 뮤직을 만들기 위해
교류했던 시간들의 흔적입니다.

Premiere: Jelly For The Babies: 'Pure Pleasure'

Veteran Croatian producer Ilija Rudman has a new EP out next week and we've got the silky smooth track 'Distant Feelings' off of it.
Twinkling electric piano motifs and dreamy sustained chords offset an almost menacing analog bassline that steamrolls throughout, whilst the splashy ride cymbals give a light jazzy lift to it all. Fine stuff as always from Ilija.

Amsterdam-based duo DJ Windows XP provide the next EP for Live Ones, serving up apple infused, sample driven rhythms that’ll pop cherries you never knew you had.
The pair have previously offered provoking selections on DJ Haus’ imprint E-Beamz and the Amsterdam based Who’s Susan to high acclaim.
The biggest contradiction is that none of their music is actually produced on a Windows computer - and quite rightly so. What will come next from the duo depends entirely on whether they finally decide to perform that software update.
