Badwolf is a hard-rock quartet from Madison, Wisconsin that was founded in 1991.  Their first two albums, "Knock It Down" and "Sleeping Dogs Lie" were self-released in the 1990's.  These are the writing demos for their upcoming CD, which begins recording in early 2024.

The Way I Am

Snaky, dirty, and sexy.  Hints of Bon Jovi, Guns n' Roses, Deep Purple, Justin Timberlake, and Alice in Chains in this one.  

The lyrics were inspired by the show Succession.  Especially out-of-control Kendall bingeing on coke and booze in his limo.  Basically it's about being young and feeling invincible.  The title was inspired by a huge, purple 18-wheel truck I saw a long time ago that had "All I Want is Everything" written on the door of the cab.  Never forgot it.

Everything

You didn't have to live through the 80's to feel like they were a fun and vibrant time.  Big hair, party music, fast cars, video games, crimped hair, spandex, coming-of-age movies, and a simpler way of life.  This is an 80s song about missing the 80s.  Dig into the big hair feel, and the melodic, catchy hooks!

Feelin' 1985

Upbeat, poppy, fun, and dancy!   There are two kinds of people in the world... people who like the Boy Band Pop of the early 2000's, and people who secretly like the Boy Band Pop of the early 2000's.   This song evokes the Backstreet, Britney, N'Sync, Hanson heydays of Millennial Pop.   Let yourself go, and give it a listen!

Imagine if a big hard-rock song from the 1960's had Alice In Chains vocal harmonies, and Dave Grohl from Nirvana and the Foo Fighters on drums.  That's sort of the vibe here.  This song is for everyone out there fighting every day to be a better person and learn from the mistakes of your past!

Gonna Let It Burn

Dark, heavy, and sexy with big guitars and a stompin' groove. This song is an old-school, catchy hard rock tune with tons of harmonies, soaring guitar solos, and a sing-along chorus!  Crank it up!

Show Me Your Hands (Radio Edit)

Badwolf is a hard-rock quartet from Madison, WI founded in 1991.  The current line-up was solidified in 1994 with Wade Otis on vocals, John Richardson on bass, Rob Jolin on drums, and Charles Thomas on guitar.  The band released two full-length albums: "Knock It Down", and "Sleeping Dogs Lie", and are currently at work on their third (as-yet untitled) album which will be release in Spring 2024.
