Baha'i Talks

We're happy to share with you a talk by Mr. Paul Lample called "The Current Plan and the Community-building Process".

Mr. Lample gave the talk in August 2013 at the Baha'i House of Worship in Wilmette, USA, and he covers a number of topics including his personal thoughts on the current Plan and the activities propelling the community-building process forward.

The talk is available on the US Baha’i website, but the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of the United States have also given Baha’i Blog permission to share the talk with our readers, so you can either stream or download the talk below.

Mr. Lample is a member of the Universal House of Justice and the author of several well-known books, including 'Creating a New Mind' and 'Revelation and Social Reality'.

Mr. Hartmut and Mrs. Ursula Grossmann were the keynote speakers at the North Island Baha'i Summer School in New Zealand at the end of December 2013, and the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha'is of New Zealand has given Baha'i Blog four of Mr. Grossmann’s audio talks for you to listen to.

Mr. Grossmann was a former member of both the International Teaching Centre and the Universal House of Justice, until he retired in 2008. He passed away in 2017. A tribute to Mr. Grossmann can be read here on the Baha'i World News Service: news.bahai.org/story/1228/

We’ve been asked to remind everyone that Mr. Grossmann gave these talks as an individual Baha'i, and not as a representative of the Universal House of Justice.

Tom Price - The Role of Religion in Today's Society

Dr. Janet Khan gives a talk on the extraordinary life and legacy of Bahiyyih Khanum, daughter of Baha'u'llah. Bahiyyih Khanum, the Greatest Holy Leaf, contributed significantly in the early years of the Faith. Her steadfastness during a critical period in the history of the religion and during her appointment as the head of the Baha'i Faith testifies to the greatness of her character. 

The Greatest Holy Leaf is a superb role model to men and women everywhere who seek creative ways to deal with the forces of today's society. 

This talk was filmed in the Gold Coast Baha'i Centre, Australia on July 2015.
