Will Coley is an independent radio producer, social media strategist, trainer and videographer based in Queens, NY. 

I’ve been an advocate and organizer with immigrants and refugees in Charlotte, New York/Newark, and Los Angeles, as well as in Zimbabwe and Great Britain, for organizations including Catholic Charities, American Friends Service Committee, Jesuit Refugee Service and Homies Unidos. Through Aquifer Media, I design social campaigns and digital storytelling that cultivate community and civic participation, most recently for Freedom from Fear Awards, Detention Watch Network, Rights Working Group and Public Interest Projects.

 I’m Steph, and through my Soundcloud Fellowship project I invite you to join a movement, where we remember to say, out loud, the things that matter most.
 
My sound project, The appreciation engine, is an online tool that allows anyone to quickly and easily record a message of appreciation and share that message directly with their loved one.
 
These spoken messages of love and appreciation will symbolize a return to a simpler time, where we said the things that were important to us, without so much noise getting in the way.
