Hamilton Sílvio Mutaleno (born May 30, 1995), who is professionally known as V8BAKARI, is an Afro-Pop Singer, Songwriter and Record Producer. He is regarded as an independent international artist who began his career in 2011 in Southwest Africa with the aim of bringing the Original African Folklore music in its different musical Genres/Rhythms, namely Rumba Congolaise and Kwassa-Kwassa in a fusion with Afrobeat, Amapiano, Reggaeton and Dancehall.

In 2023, he released his debut EP on all streaming platforms, titled "In the Name of Music" - a tribute to African musicians and recognition of African sound taking over the world, who have influenced his career.
