Balabhaskar: a synonym for Fusion Music in South India. He pioneered the revolution of instrumental fusion music in Kerala, paving the path that many artistes follow today. Thanks to his orthodox Carnatic background and keen sense of rhythm – fellow musicians often call him the wizard of ‘Complex Calculations’- for creating unusual time scales and patterns that gets hard-core music lovers to sit-up and listen.
