In Frankfurt musikalisch sozialisiert ging ihr Weg über Leipzig nach Weimar, wo sie aktuell experimentelles Radio studiert. Neben unterschiedlichsten Engagements in der Clubkultur, bei Workshops und Podiumsdiskussionen ist Sui ein Teil des FLINTA-Netzwerkes L1CK und eine starke Stimme im Kampf gegen das Patriachart in der Musikszene. Vielen Dank für deinen Einsatz in der Szene und den tollen Mix moderner Ausdrucksmusik für uns.

A wonderfully unconventional and soothing sound of House, Breaks, Bass and Contemporary Club comes with the step045 by Sui. Playfully she transcends genre boundaries and models her own sound aesthetic. Musically socialized in Frankfurt, her path went via Leipzig to Weimar, where she is currently studying experimental radio. This year is the 20th anniversary of Dutch label Creme Organization. Its consistent complications of sounds from West Holland and beyond have won it a reputation for high quality, innovative techno, among other genres. To commemorate, we caught up with its boss, DJ TLR, and asked him some questions. And, of course, he provided us an exclusive mix to match!

Geordie Elliot-Kerr aka Shedbug is one of the founders of Salt Mines label, the guy whose track Sibelle drew a lot of attention back in 2019 and with a reason too. He’s been releasing music on labels such as: Of Paradise, Flux, Deeptrax Records, 1Ø PILLS MATE, and Lobster Theremin. Definitely one of the most talented producers/DJ’s coming from the “land down under”.
