We're delighted to have our resident Luke Daniels step-up to the plate and provide the first mix for the FrixXxion series.

Luke first cut his teeth performing at the iconic Eastern Bloc Records, later becoming employed and further entwined in the legendary music shop and venue.

As you can tell from the mix, Luke has a deep love for techno which is bass-heavy, rich with hi-hats and layered with grooves that know how to reel you in. With sets leaning towards vigorous fast-paced rhythms and high energy selections we know he will be just right for Frix❌xion.

@alexlevin has been involved with electronic music and DJing for two decades. He has built a reputation in the Tel Aviv nightlife scene over the years and has had appearances in acclaimed stages in Berlin since relocating to the city several years ago. He was a resident of the Alphabet club for several years before it’s closing, and especially the queer party PAG regularly taking place in the Alphabet club.

Label honcho Hd Substance returns home after his last EP from Frebruary 2020, just before the world went nuts. During these long uncertain years he has been busy in the studio with his series Beats & Pieces, born on this very label and now spreaded on labels worldwide. 
This long EP includes several of his rhythm and synth exercises as well as an excerpt of his breakbeat series labeled LRG.

Six cuts of synthetic and repetitive techno aimed for the properly educated dancefloors out there plus a downtempo extra. Sometimes liquid and dubby, sometimes sci-fi but always with Hd’s trademark sound.
