Set on the tropical paradise of St. Martin is SXM Festival. For a solid week it's a dance music lovers paradise. Events are held in unique locations throughout the island, all culminating to the main festival site during the night. I had the privilege of opening the Ocean Stage with a dream lineup that also included Sinca, Monkey Safari and Roy Rosenfeld. 

Set in the sand alongside the lapping waves of the Caribbean Sea, this is my two hour opening set. Starting the night off with an empty dance floor and some deep, dreamy ambient soundscapes. From here, we build things up...  Enjoy the mix!! 🙏 ❤️

‘The Seasons’, laid bare, is a seven-minute musical interlude which exudes a heavily rooted, soul-packed deepness at its core… it’s a groove, a moment on the dancefloor at 3am, it’ll reel you in and keep you there, one of those ‘the music talked and the dancefloor listened’ kinda things.

Laced with sumptuous Rhodes, playful piano keys and a niggly, almost grumpy yet hidden in plain sight bassline, there’s extra additions of Moog, flutey tones and a hearty smattering of various synths, sqwarks & riffs…
