We are here to create something new. This assumes the best in each of us. Neither of us has the answer. If we did we would not need to have the conversation. We are both gonna learn something. Neither of us is gonna win this conversation. That's not what we're here for.

In September 2022 David Dylan Thomas was one of the many great speakers. He spoke of the importance of actually listening to each other. Seems kind of obvious. But looking at what's going on out there it's not obvious at all. I would say it's excellent advice in these strange times.
