His diverse musical tastes have shaped his storied career, and filled his discography with immaculate creations on All Day I Dream, Crosstown Rebels, Ovum Recordings, Culprit  and his own Endless imprint. Luca carries inspiration from art, architecture and his world travels, all of which contribute to his ever evolving, border-less approach to production.  Luca's recent remix of Khen's 'Pollen Spreader' was part of our 41st release and was a huge success, climbing all the way to #2 in the Beatport Electronica tracks chart, where it still sits today, at the time of this writing. The production saw play and support from Dixon, Lee Burridge, Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo,  Frankey &amp; Sandrino and many more. For the fourth edition of our podcast Luca has prepared an exclusive studio mix which showcases his impeccable taste and exquisite  programming skills . Featuring new music from Andre Lodemann, Denis Horvat, Roman Flugel and more, as well as two yet to be released tracks from Luca himself. Born on the 24th of August 1991 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, Dimuth K’s musical journey began at a very young age when he found himself enthralled by many different forms of music. Initially being most captivated by movie scores and its significance in conveying a story, this prompted him to dig deeper and find new types of music which ultimately resulted in the birth of his career as an electronic music DJ.

He soon found himself transfixing crowds with his Groovy, Progressive House sets and was quick to gain popularity on the decks with his energetic and versatile performances across the island at many clubs, festivals and parties and is a regular guest act at one of Sri Lanka’s leading clubs. Dimuth has warmed up for artists such as Roger Martinez, Khen and UNER and shared the stage with heavyweights such as Guy J, Guy Mantzur, Jeremey Olander, Cid Inc, Fehrplay, Third Son, Alex Kenji, Weekend Heroes, Ben Coda, Arno Cost, Sonny Wharton and Tristian Garner. He draws immense inspiration from watching people connect through music and aims to take them on an emotional journey spreading positive energy through his music.

It was in the year 2013 that Dimuth started professionally producing music and has since become synonymous for his approach to creating Trance, Progressive House and Tech grooves that are emotional and uplifting, captivating listeners around the world. He was awarded the first ever accolade for Best/DJ Producer in Sri Lanka at the Yes Home Grown Awards in 2017.

His productions that are centered around cinematic and euphoric melodies with a groove that is flawlessly blended, are signed on to colossal labels such as Particles (USA), Balkan Connection (Serbia) and Movement Recordings (Greece) and was also featured on Max Graham’s “Cycles 8” released on Black Hole Recordings. He has already been supported and charted by industry legends such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, John OO Flemming, Max Graham, Gai Barone, Marcelo Vasami, Mariano Mellino, Stan Kolev to name a few.

His music has been played at Warung Festival (Brazil), CODA (Canada), Loveland Festival (Amsterdam), Sziget Festival (Hungary), Treehouse (Miami) and numerous other international clubs and festivals. Dimuth also successfully launched his own radio show “Roads Less Trodden” in 2017 which he hosts on DNA Radio.

2016 saw Dimuth co-found THE BLUEPRINT., the brain child of his own and fellow Lankan producer SAJAY. Together they have launched a movement to bring likeminded people with a shared love for electronic music together to uplift and highlight young local talent with many plans in the works to host more events, and artist showcases and to finally achieve his dream of setting up a record label.

Dimuth continues to strive in order to keep growing as a versatile artist while simultaneously expending great efforts to develop the Sri Lankan electronic music landscape and to keep spreading good energy through his music.

'What the hell is going on here?', you ask yourself after a few bars listening to „Devil“ - the name says it all! 

With united forces, Betoko, Rafael Cerato and Liu Bei created a magical, fancy and touching Tech-House-piece, which succeeds in realizing the rare fusion of functional track and classical song literally weightlessly. The emotional singing of Liu Bei floats over a subtle synthy arpeggio, which astounds us by its unusual metric: It is partly in five-four meter and also transports something unearthy, supernatural.

Dubmix and Instrumental certainly turn the energy screw towards club use, but also keeping the mystical atmosphere. And with „Abrazo“ finally comes a cool B-Track by the producer team Betoko & Rafael Cerato, reminding on 80s-synthpop highlights. 

The two guys have some more in common besides their cooperation: Both already released solo projects on Einmusika, Diynamic and Get Physical. Mexican born Betoko lives in London, where he also runs his labels OKO Recordings and Chilli Mint Music. 2012 he had a massive hit on Diynamic with "Raining Again“. Rafael Cerato lives and works in Aix en Provence, Liu Bei again also in London.

Born out of a shared vision of musical inspiration, the duo of D-Nox & Beckers has, over the last 10 years, firmly entrenched itself into the landscape of the worldwide electronic community. Working as a perfect fusion of studio expertise and an impeccable dancefloor touch, this creative combination of Christian "D-Nox" Wedekind and Frank Beckers has become a an unfailing source of massive grooves which have successfully infected (infiltrated?) all corners of the globe. With more than a quarter century of combined DJing and producing experience between them, D-Nox & Beckers effectively merge a seasoned musical grounding with a dynamic creative spark that never fails in its ability to adapt to the ever-changing vista of electronic dance music.

Prior to the beginning of their collaborative work, both D-Nox and Frank Beckers were each well established in the electronic music scene, with a multitude of success both as DJs and in the studio. D-Nox began his career in Germany's vibrant techno scene in the early-90s, and quickly became a fixture in clubs across the country. An aptitude for enveloping and captivating dancefloors with his incomparable style saw his booking diary expand to a global scale, while his increasingly frequent forays into the studio brought a number of releases as well as the birth of his own successful imprint, Sprout Music. With training as a musician from childhood, Frank Beckers compositional gift has always been evident. In the time since their debut release saw the light of day in late-2004, the emergence of D-Nox & Beckers has been nothing short of astounding. Their numerous releases on a variety of top labels along with constant remix requests for artists such as Minilogue, Lützenkirchen, Nick Muir, Tocadisco and many others have become ubiquitous on worldwide dancefloors, with their works appearing in the cases and playlists of countless top DJs. Their 2007 album Left Behind on Electribe was met with acclaim and led to a heavy worldwide touring schedule with constant appearances in thriving musical centers in Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Australia and across the globe. Our aim is to unite talents of the progressive house sound from the Balkan region and the world over, from established names to upcoming talents, on the way to conquer the world stage of electronic music. Carefully selected music under the supervision of the Balkan Connection manager have made this label as one of the best and most established music brands worldwide!

Over the years, 530+ releases came out, featuring various artists and various genre's, with the biggest focus on progressive house.  We had a pleasure to work with over 800 amazing artists from around the world.
