Where it all started:
In spring 2020, with this strange virus from China that nobody understood…
when everything became lockdown and home-office…
we tried to keep the RSH impro course alive.
Remembering Miles, Teo Macero and Weather Report, we took our Zoom mics, our phantasy, the mood of that time and puzzled it all together. Dennis improvised based on Hubertus’ "Curtis revisited", Yunfei added her voice, then the others followed. The recordings took place between April 21 and 27 in Germany, Russia (infinitely long ago, as it now seems), China, Taiwan and Korea, so it could be called a global response to a global situation.
That’s how the »digital edition« of the RSH impro course began.
