We're starting this year with new format by bringing the talented artist with the minimum of two hours journey to fully embrace the beauty and deepness of the music. Our first guest Kymvalon is taking us on a two hours journey with the latest releases in Techno, including music from his debut album, recently released on Diffuse Reality.
Kymvalon is a DJ, producer, and psychologist. His sound moves away from the simplified conventional techno and follows a dark, hypnotic, radical approach. According to Kymvalon, music can be a more powerful and advanced way of communication than verbal language and under certain conditions it also has the potential to be therapeutic and lead to catharsis.

His in-depth knowledge and expertise in psychoanalysis, along with his awakened sensibility to sound design, provide him the necessary tools to use as a way of inducing hypnosis by fostering focused energy and attention on various repetitive and progressive sounds such as mind-expanding, droning atmospheres, mystical, tribal rhythms, spacey and penetrating sound effects, suspenseful and apprehensive breaks, rich and distinct low frequencies, and explorative, shifting soundscapes between light and dark, meditative sonic dimensions.

Kymvalon released music on Dynamic Reflection, Diffuse Reality, and Corpus Black. His latest debut album (LP) "Seek Within" was recently released on Diffuse Reality, including 9 originals and a remix by Alex Tomb.

Aum Core started his music journey by exploring music genres while playing as a guitarist for some rock projects.

Steadily his passion for sound grew and he explored sound in more detailed as he pursued Sound engineering. At the same time, he discovered electronic music and immersed himself in an ongoing voyage that would lead him on to produce electronic music.

Aum Core’s music can be described as intense and groovy, a balanced combination of power and emotion. He incorporates tight percussive rhythms, hypnotic atmospheres, and colorful scapes to create deep stories.

Tim Eder is a DJ and graduate Audio Engineer living in Mainz / Germany. He is collecting and spinning records since he is 14 years old. His style is defined as an atmospheric journey from House to Techno and back - meandering between deep, groovy, funky, jazzy, discoish, soulful, dubby and trippy vibes. Tim's taste is heavily influenced by the sound of the early days of Chicago House and Detroit Techno. Together with the impact of the Rhein-Main area and the bearings from Berlin's scene, he developed a profound understanding and very own definition of electronic music. Besides the four on the floor, he is deep into experimental Trip-Hop and cinematic Ambient. Since 2018 he is running the vinyl label ''Feuilleton Music'' together with his longterm fellow and DJ partner Chris Gruber aka Fossar.

Today we welcome NYC based producer and DJ Kate Stein behind the Schirmchendrink counter with a super fresh and energetic Sparkling Water! 

A nascent purveyor of house and cutting-edge disko in all its forms, Australian DJ/producer and visual artist Kate Stein is grooving her way into the good graces of underground circles everywhere with an experiential sound that's all her own.

Stein first entered the world of art via set design, meticulously crafting event spaces with an eye for the elegant and the mischievous. After years of developing her unmistakable style as a spatial designer, her skills with composition, color, and ambiance have coagulated into a raw creative force she manipulates into any form she desires.

Stein channels that force into aggressive rhythms, heavy percussion, and arcane melodies. Releasing her debut Scenic Byway and sophomore Mystic Saddle Ranch EPs in 2021 via Roam Recordings and Playground Records — featuring remixes from the likes of Perel, Zillas On Acid, Balam, and Autarkic — selectors worldwide continue to take notice of Stein's hypnotic pull. With audio landscapes meant to inspire joviality and bring about unexpected feelings, this is not the music of pure escapism. This is the music of revelation—opening space within to explore the nebulous reaches of yourself.  2022 has had her release her third EP on TAU, with remixes from Curses, Zombies in Miami and Leonor.

In the eyes and ears of Stein, these sounds paint the pictures of New York City's bustling streets and the outlying deserts around Los Angeles, the two metropolises she currently calls home. 
Within these concrete jungles laid opposite one another, every environment which Stein wishes to fill with pulsating frequencies exists. Pop-ups. Niche festivals. Places where someone can fully express their inner-child.

With Kate Stein as a guide, you won't just hear that inimitable contrast. Instead, it will appear before your very eyes and envelop your whole body. Keep an eye on this rocket: with a few more releases to come in 2023, her dynamic and fun approach to dance floor soundscapes is in full bloom.
